TCS Salary Hike Delay: Kya Ho Raha Hai India Ki Sabse Badi IT Company Mein|

TCS jo India ki sabse badi IT company hai, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), ne abhi announce kiya hai ki April se hone wali salary hikes ko delay kiya ja raha hai. Company ka kehna hai ki global economic situation thodi uncertain hai, especially US aur baaki Deshon ke beech chal rahe tariff war ke wajah se. isliye company thoda cautions approach le raha hai.

Good news ye hai ki quarterly variable pay continue karega. Q4 mein: 70% employees ko 100% variable pay milega aur baaki logon ka pay business performance pe depend karega.

Clients ka Spending Bhi Thoda Slow Hai

TCS ke CEO k Krithivasan ne bataya ki clients bhi abhi discretionary spending rok rahe hain aur projects ke ramp up mein delay aa raha hai. Jab tak global trade clarity nahi milti, spending slow hi rahegi.

Hiring Toh continue Karega

2025-26 mein  TCS ka 42,000 fresh engineers ko hire karne ka plan hai. Jo ki 2024-25 me vi company ne lagbhag itne hi freshers ko hire kiya tha. Q4 mein 625 naye employees jude aur pure saal mein 6,433 ke net headcount increase hua jo ki last year mein 13,249 ka drop hua tha. Attrition rate bhi thoda bada – Q3 mein 13% aur Q4 mein 13.3%.

Leadership Level Pe Bhi Changes

TCS ne 2 important leadership appointments kiye hain:

1 Aarthi Subramanian – New COO (chief Operating Officer) pehle Tata sons mein Chief Digital Officer thi. Jo ki Ab TCS ke Executive Director & President bhi banengi (May 1 se start hai).

2 Mangesh Sathe – New Chief Strategy Officer Pehle Tata Strategic Management Group ke CEO the. Ab wo global counsulting aur mergers & acquisitions handle karenge.
