Amazon 14,000 Managerial Jobs Cut Karne Ja Raha Hai: Kyun Aur Kya Hoga?

Amazon ne faisla kiya hai ki wo 2025 ke shuru tak apne 14,000 managerial positions ko khatam karega. Is step ka maqsad hai har saal 2.1 billionse 3.6 billion tak ki bachat karna. Naye Efficiency Measures

Pandemic ke daruan Amazon ka workforce tezi se badha, 2019 main 798,000 employees se 2021 tak 1.6 million se zyada ho gaya. Lekin, company ne ab apne staffing needs ko dobara adjust kiya hai. 2022 aur 2023 mein pehle hi 27,000 jobs cut kiye ja chuke hain.
