Balbirnie ke shatak ne dikhaya dum, McCarthy ki bowling se Ireland ne West Indies ko 124 runs se haraya|

Dublin mein khele gaye 1^st ODI mein Andrew Balbirnie ne ek shaandar aue shaant century jadi, jisne Ireland ko 303 tak pahuchane mein madad ki. Unke sath captain Paul Stirling ne shuruaat mein achha support kiya aur baad mein Harry Tector ne bhi badiya saath nibhaya.
